Hey, we’re not going to give you a big spiel here, however, you probably want to read the instructions below to make sure the return process goes smoothly.
More important stuff
- Product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed
- We can’t accept exchange requests
- If your product is returned in used condition it will not be returned to you. You’ll be subject to a partial refund or alternative compensation determined by Owala.
